Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and refunds for faulty items.
- The refund will be made within 14 days of product being returned to us, in the same form as the original payment. Postage on faulty items will be covered both ways.
- For returns because of change of mind you will be issued a credit note ONLY.
- All exchanges or change of mind returns must be returned in original condition (unused, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached in original packaging). Postage back to us for an item to be exchanged is the responsibility of the customer. The new item to be exchanged will be shipped within 48hrs of us receiving the returned item.
- All products that are on sale can not be exchanged or refunded. Once a sale item is purchased, the sale is final.
- Swimwear and toiletry products are a non refundable product and all sales are final once purchased due to hygienic reasons unless faulty on arrival.
